How to Read your Order History
The following is a copy of the Kitchen Update that was sent out to Tasting Room Member's & VIP's inboxes! They were the first to find out about this update and it was sent directly to them by e-mail. If you're interested in getting these kinds of updates too, then become a VIP - It's free!

We've implemented a new tagging system that gives us the ability to help provide better, clearer status updates for you, directly from your order status page!
VIEW TASTING ROOM ORDERS
Here's what each tag means!
Tasting Room Order Tags

means that this order contains your Tasting Room Membership.
- In most cases, your selections will be attached to this order before they are shipped.
- If you have a prepaid order, then this tag will say "PREPAID" on it. We will try to attach your selections to this order, but if we can't then we create a Selection order and match it to this order. See more about Selection Orders below.
- means that you placed this order using your MEMBERSHIPPING coupon code. This means you've asked us to bundle multiple orders together and ship them when the Tasting Room items arrive.

is uncommon, but we use this when the system won't let us add your selection to your Membership order.
- means you purchased a membership as a gift for someone, so this delivery is going to/went to someone else.
- If one of the above tags is missing, an error message will tell you to get in touch so we can make sure your order is tagged properly.
Cross-Reference Order Tags
- is considered a PARENT order, which means we can attach any number of tags under it.
- is considered a CHILD order. We can attach this order to one Membership Order or Gift Membership order, which means it will be paired with ONE tag.
- is considered a CHILD order. We can attach this order to one Membership Order or Gift Membership order, which means it will be paired with ONE tag.
- is considered a PARENT order, so it can display any amount of tags under it. This can occur when someone places a prepaid gift membership order, and each month the gift recipient makes a selection.
Status Tags
Here's the status tags you might see on an order, presented in order:
- ✅ Paid, thank you! means this order is in queue.
- ✅ Selection Received means that we have a Tasting Room Selection from you to pair with this order (Tasting Room Orders Only).
- 🔪 Prepping → 🍱 Awaiting Picking means that we marked this order as ready to work on, and we should start on it shortly.

🍱 Picked → 🥡 Awaiting Packing means that some or all of these items have been pulled from inventory for this order.
- NOTE REGARDING PREORDER ITEMS: If you order preorder items along with in-stock items, we'll pick the in-stock items to reserve them for you and ship them all together when the preordered item(s) come in.
- 🥡 Packed → 📬 Awaiting Pick Up means the items are packed and ready start their journey to you!
- 📬 Picked Up means that the package is no longer with us, and has been picked up by the carrier.
