Hey!

It's Tina again, ready to serve you another Kitchen Update! Thank you so much for supporting the Sushi Tomodachi Sushi Bar! Ok, yes, I know what you're thinking. Cats? Again? So Soon? But I know what you are also thinking... "But cats are awesome." Yes, see, I knew you would agree. That's why you and I get along. Great minds think alike, yeah? You may have seen the Nikujaga Jaguar and Lynx Drinks in our Tasting Room this month, I hope you liked them!

We just got back from AnthroWeekendUtah in Layton, Utah - It was so wonderful getting to meet new folks and even see some we hadn't seen in a long time! We were even treated with a visit from Maki, a sushi themed cat who's design was inspired by our menu, who is performed and brought to life by one of our awesome community members <3 If you haven't seen Maki yet, we posted a video of him on our instagram! Look us up if you haven't yet, our @ is @sushi.tomodachi, and you'll get to see Maki too!

We have an absolutely jam packed month this month, and hopefully we'll get the chance to serve you in person! The Sushi Tomodachi Sushi Bar will be visiting Megaplex, Stratosfur, MatsuriCon and Furry Migration! Specifically for Megaplex, we'll be doing something a little differently, and I hope you can join us! So, officially, we will not be in the Artist Alley or Dealers Den! (Whomp whomp!) but we're trying something else out instead! We'll be holding a Sushi Tomodachi meetups! We're also still doing the same RSVP giveaway we usually do, and you'll still be able to unlock a limited selection of nekos as well. I don't have any exciting new visuals since last month's update, but something I can share is that we're making another major change to how we do pins. As you're already aware, all Sushi Tomodachi pins have a backstamp to verify their authenticity. We're adding the names of dishes to the backstamps of pins now, so that you never forget which dish is what!

Additionally, we've made another change to give our awesome Tasting Room Members a way to get lower numbers on the Monthly Limited Edition pin.
