Its Tina! I hope you're having a great month so far, wanted to give you an update on what's been happening in the Sushi Tomodachi Kitchen. I've got a lot of news regarding new pins will be getting in soon and old ones that I'm restocking on.

My manufacturers just returned from their Lunar New Year holiday, so I'm expecting news from them on a LOT of new dishes! I approved proofs for 16 pins on two separate orders before the break. 

The 16 pins under the Cooking phase when you visit the Kitchen are below, I marked new recipes with ⭐ and restock recipes with 🔄:

I'm not sure about delivery dates just yet, because we will need to grade and card everything after it comes in (YES WE'RE GETTING CARDS BACK!) but I will send out another Kitchen Update when I have news on the expected ETA.

I've already started preparing my next batch of pins for you as well. I choose the pins to restock next from the pins listed in the Restocking section of the Kitchen. Everything in the Restocking section will be restocked over time, I just add a few into each pin order so it'll take time for me to get everything, but preordering helps me get them made and guarantees that I'll save you one so you don't miss it.

The pin I'm most excited to have on my reorder list next is the Oreo Taiyaki! Taiyaki Loving Cooks gave the go ahead for a second edition. We're doing a unique backstamp on the new edition, and the colors will vary slightly from the original, so you'll still be able to tell the different between a first edition easily.

Did you notice the Agedashi Dachsies and Boston Roll up in that last batch? I'm super excited about the March Menu coming to the Tasting Room next month, the theme is "Dog Dishes"! People used to say that I made too many dogs and cats but I think I've given dogs enough of a break to bring them back! I'll rotate the Tasting Room Menu on Feb 28th, so make sure you join if you had your eye on that Japanese HorseRadish or Pink Lady Roll for your collection.
