Heads up! The Tasting Room will open this weekend, three days only!
The Tasting Room will be open to the public for new members this weekend only, June 12-14. The Tasting Room will drop to the public at 12PM on June 12th. It will remain open all weekend and close June 14th at 6PM Central time, and won't open again until next month!
I really want to make sure you don’t miss this one because this is the last month that the Tasting Room will be available at the current price point - Prices are going up July 1st, but renewing members will be able to maintain their membership at the current price forever, as long as they keep their membership.
Kaiseki Memberships will be going up from $19.99/mo to $24.99/mo.
Omakase Memberships will be going up from $49.99/mo to $59.99/mo. Pins themselves will also be going up to match the membership pricing, so if there was anything you were dying to add to your collection, be sure to plan accordingly! Below are the dishes members are currently enjoying this month:

Kitchen Update: Production Status
The Kitchen Page is updated with the latest status for all dishes! Check there if you're looking for news on something you don't see mentioned below:
Boston Roll and Agedashi Daschies have arrived and are being graded! We are currently waiting for cards, and will be shipping these out to March Tasting Room Members in next month's Maki Mail shipment.
The Kirins from April's Tasting Room Menu (Kirin Ichiban, Kirin Kakigori Mango and Kirin Kakigori Berry) have all been ordered, as well as the Fugu Fox, Fugu Fox (Torafugu) and Kogitsukune! As of right now, there are still some Torafugu's remaining, which are available to Tasting Room Members only.
