Suggestion: Pack items in order for them to be removed from vehicle for easier load out. I.e. Stock first, since it's needed last! LIVE TINA NOTES: When loading, avoid putting items on table! They will get in the way of setup. Packing List: Note: Items are listed in order of setup for a streamlined build. Recommend that you load items into the car in reverse order so that item's can be put directly into their designated spots as you unload. (For example, load Canopy last so that it is the first item to arrive at the booth, and the first item setup) Core Display Pieces: Canopy Set this up before anything else Hang lanterns on it before raising it up. Please use a ladder for safety. If you are unable to setup the canopy on your own, ask a stranger! Vendors are a tight knit group and will usually be happy to help you with small tasks. Count each type you have and write it on the menu. If you cannot find a pin on the menu (possible, with new releases), then write it in on the menu.
