We need to stay in touch with these folks and show them what else we've been working on! The core task for this objective is: Give every visitor a physical reminder of the booth before they walk away. ✨BONUS:✨ Catering Crew at events earn an additional $1 bonus for each verified e-mail address they collect. See Bonus Opportunities for more details. We do this by: Follow the script! Insert the 'WAIT!' pack in to every order that is a new sign up. Wait for folks to ask for materials, but if they don't, invite them to take a To Go Menu or Card if they leave without purchasing anything. NOTE: If someone is clearly excited, make sure they take a physical reminder such as a card or menu. If they do not take a physical reminder, then assume that they will never remember! Objective #2: Create the Experience The core task for this objective is: To provide a positive experience that will keep the customer telling people about us. We do this by: Being inviting and engaging with the Guest Roleplaying the restaurant theme Delivering earned Guest Rewards for Achievements & Neko Game Maintaining the area to meet Display Standards Objective #3: Meet Sales Goals The core task for this objective is: To watch for upsell opportunities and entice folks to order more. Typically, as long as we follow the first two objectives, this comes as a result! We do this by: Making sure that high ticket items are out and available. If no mystery boxes are sold after 2 hours, the selection is likely poor. Add new boxes with different pins. Encouraging folks to choose other items if what they are looking for isn't available.
