How to Process Printful Orders

Accessing Printful Ask Tina for login credentials Order Billing Printful has a wallet system. When the wallet runs low, notify Tina so she can refill it. Authorization to Charge Orders You can fill any unmodified order imported from Shopify without requesting additional authorization. If you need to add an order manually to Printful (i.e. Prepaid Omakase Subscriptions, see details below), you may submit an order of $60 or less without requesting approval as long as there is wallet funds available. Con Orders NOTE: FLOW IS WORK IN PROGRESS Items ordered at con (note: need to update this to work for any item containing the 'printful' tag) should trigger the 'Move Shirt Orders to Printful Fulfillment' Shopify Flow. Manually Requesting Fulfillment When an item is setup correctly, it should automatically be sent to Printful to be approved. If an item is not fully setup, you may need to request fulfillment manually by: First, if other items are in the order that are NOT being fulfilled by Printful, then split the fulfillment. Put all printful items together in one fulfillment. On the separate fulfillment, choose 'Change Location' and change the location to 'Printful' Save and refresh, a "Request Fulfillment" button should appear that will let you send the items to a Printful order. Manually Creating Orders (i.e. Orders that Don't Import Correctly) Some orders may not import to Printful properly, for example Prepaid Omakase Orders may not import if a Printful item has already been fulfilled from that order number. In Printful, tap the "New Order" button Select "Sushi Tomodachi" as the store and select "Basic Order" On the product selects screen, select the "Synced Items" tab to findexisting products. Add products to cart according to the order, and when complete move to "Continue to shipping" On the Shipping page, enter in all the shipping details from the order. NOTE: If importing an order from a convention, use Shopify's address verification to make sure the address is correct. Make sure to include the Order Number! After submitting the order on Printful, add a link to the order in the comments of the order in Shopify. PRINTFUL WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY MARK THIS ORDER AS FULFILLED: Schedule a follow up reminder by scheduling an email to be sent to shop@sushitomodachi.co in the future to ensure that the order will be marked as fulfilled when completed.
