If the color DOES NOT MATCH the Pantone listed, take a photo of all inaccuracies next to the Pantone Booklet. Attach photos to the Purchase Order, send an email to shop@sushitomodachi.com with attention to Art Dept & Ordering Dept: Art Dept: Notify which colors were correct or incorrect so they can update the diagram for accuracy and adjust pantones to match future orders. Separate pins into groups of A grade, B grade and F grade pins. (use the counting sheet, tina reminder to add link to doc here) 3) Count the items using the grading sheet, then enter the total into the purchase order to recieve the items into Warehouse Pick Stock location. 4) After completing the purchase order, go to inventory page, select recently added items and click Bulk Edit 5) Move the B grade count from Warehouse Pick Stock location to the Mystery Box Stock location. Put these items in the mystery box stock.6. ADD 'con-stock' tag to all recieved items so that item is packed for cons
