We use tags to display messaging on the customer's orders to help offer clarity. Below is an example of a customer's order hisotry page, and how it appears when a customer's orders are all properly tagged. Below are the tags we use to mark orders. Tasting Room Order Tags If an order includes the tag tasting-room, then the order MUST contain one of the following tags: 🍤 Membership Order displays with the tasting-room-membership-order tag, usually added via automation. Selections will be added to this order. If for any reason, a selection cannot be added to an order with this flag, then a Selection Order is created instead. Add the tag tasting-room-prepaid-membership to show the PREPAID flag. ➕ Add-On Order displays with the tasting-room-addon-order tag, usually added via automation. ✅ Selection Order displays with the tasting-room-selection-order tag, usually added via automation. This tag is uncommon - It is used as a backup option for when the system will not allow us to add a selection directly on to a Membership Order. 🎁 Gifted Membership displays with the tasting-room-gifted-membership tag, usually added via automation. If one of the above tags is missing, they'll display an error message to the customer. Cross-Reference Order Tags If an order includes the tag tasting-room, then add an order number as a tag to match it to an order. 🍤 Membership Order is considered a PARENT order, so it can display any amount of SUSHI#XXXXX tags under it. ➕ Add-On Order is considered a CHILD order, so it should be attached to ONLY ONE SUSHI#XXXXX tag. ✅ Selection Order is considered a CHILD order, so it should be attached to ONLY ONE SUSHI#XXXXX tag. 🎁 Gifted Membership is considered a PARENT order, so it can display any amount of SUSHI#XXXXX tags under it.
