The Task Points are assigned based on an expected completion time of certain tasks. When assigning a point value, always time yourself while performing the task. You will need to perform the task a minimum of 10 times before assigning a point value, as task speed is expected to improve with familiarity. Continue timing yourself as you perform the task in the future to refine the point value. Some tasks may have varying amounts of time that are needed. For example, the "We owe you sushi!" task can be short if you are reaching out about one order, but take more time if you have many orders to resolve. Timing actual task time is expecially important, because the points value should be dictated by the average amount of time. After timing the task for yourself, apply a preliminary point value of 0.4 per minute based on the average amount of time required to complete the task.
