Assigned To: Completion Deadline: Default Deadline: End of Day on Day Assigned Estimated Time to Complete: 30-60 min Actual Date/Time Completed: Task Ingredients Count Inventory: Verify inventory count matches order Mark Inventory Received In Shopify Grade items into Collector, A, B & F Grades Separate and Update MB Inventory Pins: 30% of remaining stock AFTER committed items are removed Stickers: 10% of remaining stock AFTER committed items are removed Separate and Update Con Stock Inventory 15 pcs of each are bagged, marked for the next con If there are multiple events in the same weekend, pack for each event. Con inventory numbers are updated to reflect bagged items Update /kitchen page Tools Needed: Shopify Access Pin Grading Sheet (for pins) Materials Needed: Laptop for Data Entry When to do this task: The first business day after new inventory arrives. Prep Work: Locate the Purchase Order in Shopify under Products > Purchase Orders Print one Pin Grading Sheet per design for grading reference Completion Means: Purchase Order in Shopify is marked as Complete Inventory Count in Shopify is accurate for all items Collector Grade Items, if found, are reflected for purchase online Mystery Box Stock reflects items added for MB use. The Kitchen shows all items as moved into the "Graded" section, recieved as updated today, and by who All product listings are marked as "Active" in Shopify All products can be found when searched on the website All products appear in categories listed in the website navigation All products can be added to cart on the website All products are visible on the POS system and can be added to cart Next Task: Move all orders awaiting this/these items to Picking Additional Details: See Pin Grading Information and theCollector Grade: Set these aside to be assembled into displays.Turn in to Tina at end of day
