This article is specifically for Tasting Room Selections only. What options can the Member choose from? What does each Member get? What is the free Punchcard Reward Membership level? Tasting Room Selection Task email was recived but details are missing/has wrong information I'm unsure what Selection to use for this Member What options can the Member choose from? Selection Menus change monthly, starting on the 1st of the month.To see the current menu for any order made since the 1st of this month, go to SushiTomodachi.co/TastingRoom To see past menus for any order made during any previous months, view the Tasting Room Blog. Navigate there from the SushiTomodachi.co navigation menu or click here. What does each Member get? Rewards will vary based on the Member's membership level. Go to SushiTomodachi.co/TastingRoom to see what each tier will recieve. What is the free Punchcard Reward Membership level? When someone completes their Punchcard, they will recieve a complimentary Kaiseki subscription. They can redeem it for one pin only, and will NOT recieve a Maneki Neko pin. Tasting Room Selection Task email was recived but is missing/has wrong information This highlights two issues: Customer Selections need to be applied Automated task emails may require some debugging Focus on helping the customer first: If you recieved a task e-mail, then it means the customer responded to the survey and their selection information is available. You can lookup customer response information in multiple locations: Most accessible to all Team Members: Tasting Room Membership Google Sheet, under the "Tasting Room Selection Survey" tab Accessible with Typeform Login: Tasting Room Selection Survey Results Page (current month only) Locate the most recent selection (Some customers will accidentally submit multiple choices, so always look for the most recent one) and apply selections as needed. Then document the automation problem into the queue:submit a pickle report for a broken system under "Automation Not Functioning as Intended" I'm unsure what Selection to use for this Member
