To make changes to a Tasting Room Subscription, visit to the 'Recurpay Subscriptions App' from the sidebar. If you do not see this as an option, your permissions may not be setup, notify Tina. Common Issues Multiple subscriptions: Another membershiptast purchase was made after one was already made this month. This is often due to a subscription being paused instead of cancelled, and the system automatically unpausing after a period. Attempt Recovery: Offer to exchange the order for in stock items first. Try to avoid a refund if possible. Cancel the Second Subscription: Go to the Subscribers page in Recurpay Locate the subscriber by name. If there are multiple subscriptions, it will say so in the 'Subscriptions' column. If the subscriptions column says "1": then a renewing membership is not active. Review the order to see if it applied for a different reason (i.e. Kaiseki Punchcard Reward Redemptions). If the subscriptions column says "2" or greater: then this guest has multiple memberships, which needs to be corrected. Proceed to next step. To cancel the second subscription (usually this is the one that renews on a date other than the 1st), open it. Scroll down until you see "Cancel Subscription" on the right side. Write a cancellation reason, and click "Cancel". Notify the customer, assuming they are expecting this update.
