Follow the Golden Rule: Treat everyone the way you wish to be treated yourself. As a representative of Sushi Tomodachi, part of your job includes protecting the reputation of the brand's image & culture. Respect: Respect Other Dealer's Spaces Other dealers paid to be at an event, same as us. Some overflow during setup is expected at times, however you should always do your best to contain our materials within our designated space and to the front of our table without blocking other tables or walkways where people will need to get through. Always ask to borrow supplies or tools, never assume familiarity. Never enter a dealer's backstage without permission, and never take/borrow tools without direct verbal permission. Consideration: Consider that others are working and stressed too! Use of other, empty tables is common practice, but you should be always prepared to move those items immediately when the person who owns the table arrives. This job can be stressful at times, but be aware that con staff and other vendors have tough jobs too. Under no circumcstances should you ever lash out or be rude to your fellow team mates, con staff, volunteers or other vendors just because you are having a bad day. Your bad day is not anyone elses fault. If you are having trouble emotionally, let your team mates know, kindly, that you need to step away and cool off. ELEVATORS: DO NOT STAND DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ELEVATORS. LET PEOPLE OFF THE ELEVATOR BEFORE YOU GET ON. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. ALL OF CIVILIZATION APPARENTLY CRUMBLES AT THE DOORS OF AN ELEVATOR DON'T BE THAT GUY
