Pre-production is the stage when we have artwork, but we don't have what we need to turn that artwork into a product yet. In this step, we need to make technical diagrams, find color codes, and prepare packaging files. It's not a very glamorous step, and there's a lot of pieces and parts, but it's vital to making a dish worth serving. 

This means we've done our part to get everything ready, and it's in the manufacturer's hands, but production hasn't yet started. Items don't stay in this section for very long!

These items are currently in production! This is a very exciting step, but it takes time. The manufacturer's sometimes send us photos during production, but often they're more focused on getting the items completed instead. Check the production blogs of individual items for more specific updates, if available.

This stage means that the production of these items is complete! Now they're on the road, traveling from the manufacturer to the Sushi Bar! We still have a few things to do when they arrive, but now it's up to us to make sure everything is cooked to perfection before we send them your way.

These items have ARRIVED to the Sushi Bar, and are currently undergoing grading. Grading means that we're making sure everything is up to our expectations; We're making sure we got what we ordered, that it looks how we expected it to, and we're separating out any  items that don't meet our standards. We're also updating our inventory based on our findings so we know how many we have left to sell after we deliver everything to Tasting Room Members and preorder customers. This stage means we've completed our grading process, and we're actually packing shipments! Shipments are being fulfilled in the following order:

First, Tasting Room Members: Omakase Members ➡️ Kaiseki Members ➡️ Otoshi Members
Then, VIP Preorders: Shipments filled in the order they were recieved
Then, Public Preorders: Shipments filled in the order they were recieved
