We are offering free shipping within the domestic US for all orders over $75! We are not offering free shipping on international orders.

Are there a limit on the sketches for spending over $300?
There is a limit of one sketch per qualifying order!
Are achievements limited time?

Can I merge orders to get the achievements?
Achievements are awarded based on the total value of a single order only, sorry!
Are achievements awarded before or after discounts?
Achievements are awarded on total order value after discounts, not including shipping.
Can I order in-stock items and preorder items at the same time?
Yes! All in-stock items will start shipping out Monday, and preordered items will be given "Meal Tickets" for you to give as gifts. Scroll to the Restocks sections for more details.

2. Cooking your meal!
You'll get a physical 'meal ticket' in the mail that you can use as a gift or just as a personal reminder.
3. Freshly served pins!
Once those pins arrive, you’ll be among the first to get them. Delivery timeframes may vary, but all will be fulfilled.
4. Appetizers while you wait!
You'll get Kitchen Updates to your e-mail with news about your productions. If these are gifts, your recipient can get updates as well when they become a VIP (totally free)!
