Gari refreshes you, resets your experience, and prepares you to be fully able to enjoy the next one. Gari represents taking time to refresh your mind.

Ginger, also known as Gari, is used to refresh the palate between bites, so that we can fully enjoy the flavor of the next one. Gari is a happy faced Shiba Inu dog. We all need a little refresher in life from time to time, and it's important to take it easy sometimes. Keep him close as a reminder to yourself, or give him to a friend to encourage them when they need it!
