Make sure you get your rewards!

Here's what to do next to take full advantage of everything the Tasting Room has to offer:

1. Whitelist us in your e-mail so your get your rewards! 
1. This can mean flagging our e-mails as Important, or marking them as "Not Spam" if you found our e-mail in your spam folder!
2. Turn on text reminders below!

1️⃣ How to Select your Rewards

You'll have to choose your rewards each month. If we don't hear back from you by the end of the month, and we can't reach you, we may send you a Chef's Choice packet and choose rewards for you.

To choose your rewards, login to your account and click "Select your Pin" from the Account page. You'll also recieve the survey via e-mail.

In the event we don't get your selection before we start shipping, we'll try to reach you to give you a chance to make your selections via email, but if we try to get ahold of you and can't, we'll make a selection for you.

2️⃣ Getting Updates

We send out updates for the Tasting Room via a few different methods, and you can choose the best one that works for you. We try our best to reach everyone but social algorithms can be finicky, so we encourage you to take the following steps to make sure you get the latest news:

• Read the newsletter in your Shipments! Your Monthly Maki Mail shipment will include a printed newsletter with any major information we want you MAKE SURE you hear about. This newsletter will be a summarized version of the month's happenings, what events we're attending, and future plans.
• Check your email and white-list us! We e-mail -all- members. Make sure our e-mails are not showing up in your spam folder to get more recent updates!
• Join the Discord! Joining our Discord server gives you access to our Members Only community areas, and gives you a live stream of conciousness stemming from all the work we're doing in the Sushi Bar! You can join the Discord server here.
• Lastly, you can also follow us on Instagram, Twitter or Bluesky, but keep in mind that you will -need- to train the algorithm to show our posts to you by liking and saving/bookmarking our posts!
  

3️⃣ Accessing the Member's Only Blog

The Tasting Room Blog contains everything involved in the Tasting Room, this includes sneak peeks of upcoming releases, member's only content, member polls, frequently asked questions about the Tasting Room and more. You'll need to be logged in to access member's only content, but there are some posts available to the public as well to let people know what's happening in the Tasting Room.

The Members Only section is accessible ONLY to logged in members, so we'll document VIP items here!
