What does this step do?

Backer Only items will require a login to access, this is to protect them and maintain their exclusivity for just you and only you.

Your account will also grant you access to VIP perks such as access to our Secret Menu, the ability to sign up for a free birthday card and more.

What happens next, and when?

After you've made your selections, you'll be placed into a queue to have your items shipped out. We expect ready rewards to start going out 11/8. We still have a few straggling items, and will ship rewards with those items as those items come in.

How will the selection process work? 

When we're ready, we will issue coupon codes to backers depending on their pledge level: 

• A coupon code for 100% off, so you can select anything you'd like.
• A free shipping code (if applicable to your tier).
• A free Tasting Room Subscription code (if applicable to your tier)

You will recieve your code(s) to your e-mail, so be sure to whitelist us.

You'll be free to add on as many extra items as you'd like to your selections, and the 100% coupon will still work beyond your pledge amount - We will simply send an invoice for any additional items not covered by your pledge amount prior to shipping them.

This will create an order in our shipping system, which will help us to automatically send your tracking number the moment your label is printed.

Can I add on more items?

Of course! You can add any pins, apparel, stationery or anything else from the online store to your cart to have these items included in your shipment, but please note that we will invoice you for the difference if you order more items than what you pledged for on Kickstarter.

How will shipping work?

For people who chose tiers that included shipping, you will recieve a discount code for free shipping.

For people who chose tiers that did not include shipping, the store will calculate a shipping total for you based on the expected weight of your shipment.

Additional shipping services other than USPS will be available for you to select but please keep in mind that these selections will not expedite our shipping of items that are not yet in stock.

How do I redeem my Tasting Room Membership?

You'll recieve a coupon code that you can use at any time to purchase a Kaiseki Membership. You can redeem it immediately to get this month's Member Perks, or you can save it for another month.

What do I do if I missed my backer survey?

First, navigate to Kickstarter then visit your profile by clicking the icon at the top right corner, then click "View All".



On the next page, find the Sushi Tomodachi Kickstarter Campaign and click the blue button

The following page will give you the option to fill out your survey if you have not done it already.
