Location: All over the US!

We are seeking Con Team members to assist us with bringing the Sushi Bar to life at cons!

You will be responsible for event setup, teardown, sales and in person customer service. Additionally, you'll be the "host" who invites people into our little sushi world!

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and demeanor, comfort in crowded environments and an ability to work with a variety of different personality. 

Someone who has attended or previously vended would be an ideal candidate, but we can train on the job.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on the weekend required for the event, up to 5 days in a row depending on the needs of the event.
• Must be comfortable with crowds and high energy environments
• Must be comfortable learning a sales script
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to speak up is highly valued!
• Punctuality and good attendance.
  
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt and the ability to fill-in-the-blanks are required, since every event is unique.
• Must have a Discord account.

Job Duties Include:

• Supporting our mission to deliver new pins and experiences through your support of the events teams.
• Sales during Dealer's Den open hours
• Running a cash register
• Customer Service
• Keep the booth tidy and accessible for all team members

Schedule:

• This is currently considered a one-time gig that allows for the opportunity to attend more events in the future for our best performers.

Compensation:

• Varies based on experience and number of hours worked. Discuss during interview!
