Ginger, also known as Gari, is used to refresh the palate between bites, so that we can fully enjoy the flavor of the next one. Gari is a happy faced Shiba Inu dog. We all need a little refresher in life from time to time, and it's important to take it easy sometimes. Keep him close as a reminder to yourself, or give him to a friend to encourage them when they need it!
